SCADALGERIA is a registered legal entity operating this website. In this policy, “we” and “SCADALGERIA” refer to SCADALGERIA.
Collection
When launch-list collection is enabled, we store the submitted email address, selected language, collection date, and the version of the collection notice shown. We do not collect your name, company, or any field beyond your email address.
Local storage and cookies
We do not use cookies for tracking. Your theme preference (light or dark) is stored locally in your browser using localStorage and is never transmitted to us. Analytics will be configured separately at deployment.
Legal basis
We process the email address you submit based on your consent, given at the moment you submit the launch-list form. You may withdraw that consent at any time using the privacy contact below.
Use
The unverified address is held so we can ask whether you want SCADALGERIA updates when email delivery begins. We do not currently send newsletter emails.
Storage and hosting
We collect your email address when you join the SCADALGERIA launch list. It is used only to maintain the list and contact you about future launch updates. We do not currently send newsletters or share your address with marketing platforms. You may request access to or deletion of your data at support@scadalgeria.com.
Retention
An unverified launch-list address is kept for up to 12 months unless you request earlier deletion.
Analytics
A privacy-focused analytics service may process anonymous traffic, interaction, campaign, and performance data after deployment configuration. The email address and subscriber record are never sent to analytics. This page will be updated before that change takes effect.
Your rights
You may request access to the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Use the privacy contact below to make any of these requests.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 16.
